By using BioKeep or the employee app you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Brmja.com.

The service

• BioKeep is a cloud attendance and HR system for companies.
• The employee app works with an account created by your employer. Accounts cannot be created in the app.

Employer responsibilities

• Keeping employee data accurate, and informing employees of what is collected and why.
• Setting work locations and attendance, leave and payroll policies.
• Granting dashboard access only to those who need it.

Acceptable use

• Do not manipulate location or devices, impersonate another employee, or bypass check-in controls.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Your employer or we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Subscription and availability

• Company subscriptions follow the plans published on the website.
• We aim for continuous availability, but the service may pause for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Liability

• The service is provided as is.
• Administrative and financial decisions based on system data are the employer's responsibility.
• We are not liable for indirect damages.
